David James holds more than three decades of political and public affairs experience. David has managed the Pennsylvania State GOP, served as RNC Regional Political Director in a large and diverse region, and served in high level roles with five presidential campaigns. He served as National Political Director for Governor Jeb Bush’s campaign for president. He is a top instructor of campaign operatives, and he led the RNC’s Campaign Management College for 9 years.
