Darrell Lauterbach is the President and CEO of GP3 Partners. Lauterbach has been the M&A Head, CFO and President at both middle market and large public and private companies. He has led companies through consolidations, acquisition roll-ups, turnarounds and strategic repositioning that have culminated in rapid revenue growth, IPOs, private equity financings and strategic buyer acquisitions. Lauterbach has extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side deal making. He has negotiated and integrated over $1.5 billion of acquisitions throughout the US and Europe. He is a seasoned expert at helping services firms leverage their strengths to launch new services, markets, and geographies.
