Joe Pounder founded Bullpen Strategy Group in 2019 after starting multiple successful communications and research firms. Since founding BSG, he has helped lead the firm’s expansion to include working for clients across the United States and establishing a London team for global clients. Pounder is a veteran of three presidential campaigns, serving as senior advisor for Sen. Marco Rubio’s 2016 campaign, and in communications roles for Sen. Mitt Romney in 2007 and Sen. John McCain in 2008. He previously served as RNC Research Director and White House Deputy Associate Director of Communications under President George W. Bush.
