Phil Cox is one of the nation’s most experienced and successful political operatives, having helped advise and win more than one hundred political, issue advocacy, and public affairs campaigns.

From 2011-2014, Phil served as Executive Director of the Republican Governors Association (RGA).

Over nearly three-decades, Phil has helped to elect more than thirty Republican governors, directed a presidential superpac, and served as a senior adviser to numerous campaigns for US House and Senate. He also served as national Co-Chair of Trade Works for America, which successfully advocated for passage of the USMCA.

Phil currently serves on the Board of the Senate Leadership Fund and WinRed, the GOP’s small-dollar fundraising platform.
